Anita is a Consultant and Coach.  Building on over 20 years of experience across a diverse range of industries.  As a HR consultant, Anita operates across a variety of areas but with a particular focus on business performance management, business planning, organizational development & structures, job descriptions, HR policy writing, competency frameworks, and professional development for employees and leaders (including psychometric assessments and coaching, as well as training programme content development).

A Certified Master Transformative Coach, Anita holds MSc degrees in Organisational & Business Psychology, Supply chain Management as well as BSc in Human Resource Management. Anita is also a PCC ICF credentialed coach, Board Director of the ICF UAE Chapter and accredited in a range of psychometric instruments (DiSC, OPQ).  A member of the ICF, CIPD and a registered qualified test-user with the British Psychological Society.
