Thanj is the Founder of Visible HR as well as an experienced Compensation & Benefits Consultant with 20 years experience. Through Thanj’s consulting experience, she has also gained experienced in Project Management, Stakeholder Engagement and RemCo discussions. Thanj’s consultancy has been across a range of sectors including Government, Semi Government, Oil & Gas and NGOs.

Thanj is a Job Evaluation expert in several methodologies and has extensive experience in setting up Pay & Benefit structures and bench-marking, Corporate Bonus Schemes, Sales Incentive Schemes and Long-Term Incentives. Than is also a regular attendee on the Dubai Eye Business Breakfast radio show to discuss HR issues in the workplace as well as a regular commentator in the UAE National newspaper to provide commentary on regional and global HR trends
